How can I place an order?

You can order online by adding desired items to your cart. Once finished adding items to your cart, please click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT when you are prepared to finalize your purchase, and enter your shipping and billing information. Orders can also be placed over the phone by calling 855-442-2583 (option 2 and then option 1).

 

What Credit Cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

 

Do you take PayPal?

Yes, you can select PayPal as an option during checkout. Upon checking out, you will automatically be transferred to a login page for PayPal. Here is where you will log into your PayPal account and authorize a payment before being returned to BlueFade.com to complete checkout. 


Do you accept checks or money orders?

 

We do. However, we will not ship the order until the payment clears. Visit our Customer Support Center to "Submit A Request" or email us to request to pay by check. Please include your full shipping address, contact number, and item(s) you would like to order. To obtain a shipping estimate, add the items to your cart and enter your shipping ZIP code to retrieve the correct shipping cost to add to your check or money order. 

 

Is my credit card number safe?

Yes. All orders on our site are processed using industry leading highest standards in credit card encryption.


How do I change my order?

Most orders are packed and prepared for shipment shortly after it is placed. Orders ship from multiple warehouses so once an order is in our system it is extremely hard to stop the order from going out even if the processing time on the item is several days out. If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately by visiting our Customer Support Center to "Submit A Request" or email us. Any changes after an order has been placed will result in a $10.00 change fee. This includes all changes and cancellations. If your address or information is entered incorrectly, you are responsible for any charges.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

You will be emailed your tracking information to the email address you provided upon checkout. If you did not receive this email please check your spam folder or visit our Customer Support Center to "Submit A Request" or email us to request that information. Please provide us with your contact information and order information.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Most orders are packed and prepared for shipment shortly after it is placed.  If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by visiting our Customer Support Center to "Submit A Request" or email us. If the order is already packed for shipment, a 20% restocking fee may apply. If an order has already shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. You will have to return the item to us following our Returns/Refusals/Refunds policy. If an order has not been packed/processed for shipment we will not charge you a 20% restocking fee. All order cancellations & changes that have not been processed will result in a $10.00 order change fee as described above. 

 

Do you charge a sales tax?

No, we do not.
