Can I return my item for a refund?

Yes, most items can be returned for a refund, less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee as long as they are in resalable condition and we are notified within 30 days of receipt of your order.  Please see instructions on how to return an order for further detail.  All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition, including the original packaging, contents and the original receipt/invoice/packing slip.  Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

 

What items are not returnable/refundable?

  

  • Costumes and costume accessories (all sales are final)
  • Any inflatable items that have been inflated
  • Any opened or used items
  • Downloadable software and manuals
  • Undergarments, socks and worn shoes
  • Items that are classified as hazardous materials or use flammable liquids or gases (contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information)
  • Computer laptops, desktops, and Kindles more than 30 days after delivery
  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Online subscriptions after they have been accessed
  • Gift cards (except as required by law)
  • Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards (contact a local authorized dealer or the carrier directly)
  • Prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.)
  • Some jewelry orders
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Grocery products
  • Open software
  • Items with special shipping restrictions imposed by the U.S. Department of Transportation (as indicated on the product detail page)
  • Live insects
  • Wine and alcohol

 


What is the fastest way to exchange my item?

For a quick exchange, place a new order on our website for the item you need. Once you have a new order in place, open a support ticket on our website and include both order numbers so that we can authorize the return of your original item.  Returns will ONLY be accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Please see instructions on how to return an order for further detail.

 

How do I return my order?

Visit our Customer Support Center to "Submit A Request" or email us.

  1. Provide complete contact information including phone number
  2. Provide your order number if you still have one
  3. Provide the reason for the return.
  4. Wait for email instructions on what to do next (you must follow these instructions to validate your return, if the email does not show up in your email inbox please check your bulk/junk mail folder)

All returns, whether for an exchange or refund, must be accompanied by a return authorization number.  Please ensure your return is postmarked within 15 business days of contacting us and receiving your Return Authorization.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

How long does it take to receive my credit?

All returns must be inspected by our quality control team. While we try to process refunds as quickly as possible, a credit may take up to 30 business days to appear on your credit card. We will not issue a credit for shipping charges incurred during the purchase.

 

What if I refuse my package?

If you refuse shipment on an order, the order will be returned to our company. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all refused merchandise. We will NOT refund shipping charges and you will be charged for return shipping charges. Any remaining cost of the product will be credited back to your credit card.


Can I return my order without talking to you?

No. In order to be processed, returns must be accompanied by a return authorization number. If items are returned without authorization, they will be rejected. Please see our instructions on how to return an order for further information.

 

Are shipping charges refundable?

No. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


I received the wrong item. What should I do?

We apologize for any errors on your order. Please contact us within 15 business days of receiving your shipment. We will ship you the correct item and issue a call tag or send you a return label via email to ship the package back to us.

 

Can I exchange my costume for another size?

Of course! Just return the original item within 15 days of receipt of your order. We will exchange a costume for one of equal or greater value. You will be responsible for return shipping of the original product, as well as shipping charges of the new costume. Due to hygienic reasons, wigs, makeup, and other costume accessories cannot be returned. 

 

NOTE:  We do not offer exchanges on Halloween costumes after October 1st and Santa costumes after December 1st!
