Is my item under warranty?

Many of our items are covered under a factory warranty. We reserve the right to defer all damaged or defective items to the manufacturer when covered by warranty. Please contact the manufacturer of your item for warranty information.

 

Who handles warranty on my item?

You need to visit our Customer Support Center to "Submit A Request" or email support@bluefade.zendesk.com for that information. Most of our items carry a manufacturer's warranty and you will need to work with the manufacturer on your claim.


How do I request proof of payment/delivery?

To make a warranty claim you will need to provide proof of purchase. If you purchased the product directly from Bluefade.com, then we can provide this for you. Visit our Customer Support Center to "Submit A Request" or email support@bluefade.zendesk.com for a copy of your receipt (include your entire contact information and the approximate date of purchase). 

 

How do I obtain a return authorization?

You must get a Return Authorization from Bluefade.com to return any item to us. This includes all returned merchandise for a refund and warranty claims. If items are returned to Bluefade.com without authorization they will be rejected. Bluefade.com is not responsible for shipping charges on any returned items. We do not, under any circumstance, refund the initial shipping charges. We are charged to ship the item to you. Once the item is shipped we cannot recover those funds.

 

What To Do:

Visit our Customer Support Center to "Submit A Request" or email support@bluefade.zendesk.com.

  1. Provide complete contact information including phone number
  2. Provide your order number if you still have one
  3. Provide the reason for the return or warranty claim
  4. Wait for email instructions on what to do next (you must follow these instructions to validate your return, if the email does not show up in you email inbox please check your bulk/junk mail folder).

Intex Product Limited Warranty Information

Intex warranties the following product categories: Filter Pumps, Saltwater Systems and Above Ground Pools. Bluefade.com will not provide any warranty on these product categories. (See Bluefade.com Limited Intex Warranty below for other Intex product warranty information). All warranties for Filter Pumps, Saltwater Systems and Above Ground Pools are handled by Intex, the manufacturer, not bluefade.com. If these items are returned to bluefade.com without authorization they will be rejected.  Bluefade.com is not responsible for shipping charges to Intex on defective items. If your item is found to be defective, Intex will ship a replacement at no additional cost.

 

Contact Intex at 800-234-6839 for warranty and replacement information on Filter Pumps, Saltwater Systems and Above Ground Pools. You must comply with the Intex defect return policy. To make a warranty claim you must contact Intex. They will require a proof of purchase (your receipt).  Visit our Customer Support Center to "Submit A Request" or email support@bluefade.zendesk.com for a copy of your receipt (include your entire contact information and the approximate date of purchase).

 

Filter Pumps - Contact Intex at 800-234-6839: Include a limited manufacturer's warranty for 1-2 years which covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from the original date of purchase.

 

Saltwater Systems - Contact Intex at 800-234-6839: Include a limited manufacturer's warranty for 1-2 years which covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from the original date of purchase.

 

Above Ground Pools Including Easy Set Pools, Metal Frame Pools & Ultra Frame Pools - Contact Intex at 800-234-6839: Includes a 90 day limited manufacturer's warranty which covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from the original date of purchase.
  

Bluefade.com Limited Warranty Information

Bluefade.com provides a 30 day limited warranty on Intex inflatables and accessories including: Airbeds, Above Ground Pool Accessories, Boats/Kayaks, Kids Pools, Pool Floats/Toys, Kids Toys and Inflation Pumps. This covers Intex manufacturing defects in material and workmanship from the original date of purchase.

 

To file a warranty claim with Bluefade.com you must obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (see Obtaining A Return Authorization above) and return the item to bluefade.com's testing department. Items returned to bluefade.com without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (see Obtaining A Return Authorization above) will be rejected. Bluefade.com is not responsible for return shipping to our testing facilities. Once the item is received, defective testing takes 3-5 days. We also accept high resolution digital photos if a noticeable defect is present.

 

If the item is found to be defective, bluefade.com will ship out another item at no additional cost or issue you a refund for the cost of the item. We will not refund shipping charges under any circumstance.


Terms Of The Bluefade.com Limited Intex Warranty:

  1. The item(s) must have been purchased from bluefade.com website or over the phone from bluefade.com.
  2. You must request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (see Obtaining A Return Authorization above).
  3. The item must be in transit back to us within 30 days from the date you received an item.
  4. You must send the item(s) back with a company that provides a tracking number (FedEx or UPS preferred) for proof of shipment and delivery.
